The slogan for the 2020 edition of Dior Homme Eau de Toilette is “I’m Your Man.” The Dior Homme Original edition from 2011 is still available on the market.
Francois Demachy, a Dior in-house fragrance, created the new Dior Homme to reinvent male sensuality. It has a strong woody, warm, and seductive scent. Spicy notes soothe a virile Atlas cedar accord and the warmth of cashmere wood. Dior Homme redefines a new masculine sensuality composed of polyphony of woods that are both raw and smooth. A heart of softwoods, in which the virility of Atlas cedar embraces the enveloping warmth of Haitian vetiver caressed with spices. Hand-chiselled wood by Dior. According to the perfumer, this is a perfume overdosed with sensual woody notes, and it symbolizes a return to the basics: classic and simplicity.
It’s clear, fresh, gentle, and woody, with a hint of sweetness, and it seems like a second skin.
Top notes: Bergamot, Pink Pepper and elemi.
Heart notes: Cashmere Wood, Atlas Cedar and Patchouli.
Base notes: Iso E Super, Haitian Vetiver and White Musk
The bottle does have the same design and architecture as its predecessors. However, the emblem and perfume names are more visible on the plug. Actor Robert Pattinson continues to be the face of the campaign.
